Un junmai artesanal de esta cervecería de Yokkaichi, elaborado con aroma ginjo puro, umami y astringencia equilibrados, y un final limpio sin defectos. Elaborado con agua de manantial de la montaña Suzuka y arroz de sake cultivado localmente siguiendo el proceso de koji constante al nivel daiginjo de la cervecería.
