Una creación artesanal cercana al arte supremo, con un aroma ginjo brillante y un umami tranquilo y profundo. En el shizuku shibori, el sake terminado se vierte en bolsas de tela y solo se recogen las gotas que caen bajo la suave presión de su propio peso. Esta presión mínima produce un sake de sabor nítido, libre de notas indeseadas.
