Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40 % forma la base de este daiginjo de Nakayu Sake Brewery en la ciudad de Kami, Miyagi. Elaborado con métodos tradicionales de caldera de vapor y el agua subterránea suave de las estribaciones de los montes Ou, ha recibido el premio de oro en el SAKE COMPETITION 2019 y reconocimientos consecutivos en el concurso regional Nanbu Toji, con un aroma ginjo elegante con notas frutales y un paladar refinado y limpio.
