Yamada Nishiki de Hyogo se pule al 60 % para este tokubetsu junmai, añejado en barriles de cedro sin filtración de carbón según el método tradicional de Taruhei Syuzo. Es un sake en barril rico y seco con aroma de cedro Yoshino, pronunciado umami de arroz y un final limpio, bien adaptado para servir a temperatura ambiente o ligeramente calentado.
