Shinshun Hatsushibori Daimon Hojun Namazake es un sake no pasteurizado de primera prensada del nuevo ano, elaborado por Daimon Brewery en Katano, Osaka. Usando Yamada Nishiki en un Junmai Ginjo lanzado inmediatamente despues de la primera prensada de la temporada, este shiboritate de la cerveceria fundada en 1826 aplica su filosofia de metodo ginjo, koji tsukihaze, pequenos lotes y el suave agua de las montanas Ikoma, para una expresion estacional viva y festiva.
