Soshun Hatsushibori Daimon Hojun Muroka Namagenshu es un sake sin filtrar, sin pasteurizar y sin diluir de principios de primavera, elaborado por Daimon Brewery en Katano, Osaka. Usando Yamada Nishiki en un Junmai Ginjo a plena intensidad genshu, esta expresion estacional mas intensa de la cerveceria fundada en 1826 captura el caracter de fermentacion en bruto con el suave agua de manantial de las montanas Ikoma.
