Description

El arroz Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40 % constituye la base de este daiginjo, elaborado con la levadura propia de la brasserie y cepas seleccionadas, entre ellas la 1401, mediante una fermentación prolongada a baja temperatura que comienza en torno al punto más frío del invierno. Delicado y afrutado en nariz, revela una dulzura sutil dentro de un carácter refinado y sedoso, típico de los daiginjo del Kanto.
