Junmai yamahai elaborado con Yamada Nishiki cultivado en Nanto y pulido al 60% en Sanshoraku Shuzo en Gokayama, Toyama. El método yamahai desarrolla una acidez láctica bien definida junto a un profundo umami de arroz; notas de plátano y lichi en el aroma dan paso a un paladar dulce y pleno con un final limpio y estructurado. Ganador de medalla de oro IWC 2019.
