Raifuku Kijoshu Mero Namashu se elabora según el método kijoshu, sustituyendo sake terminado por una parte del agua de elaboración para concentrar la dulzura y la profundidad. A diferencia de los kijoshu tradicionales muy dulces, esta versión se distingue por su dulzura fresca y limpia con una calidad transparente, adecuada como acompañamiento de estilo postre.
