Procedente de una brasserie fundada en 1724 en Tsuruoka, Yamagata, y revivida en 2012 con el apoyo de Tatenokawa, este daiginjo es producido por un joven equipo conocido por sus grados de pulido extremos. El estilo característico equilibra una dulzura delicada con un final que se disuelve como nieve fresca, con un agradable aroma afrutado, elegante antes que pesado.
