Un daiginjo elaborado con Yamada Nishiki de la prefectura de Hyogo, pulido generosamente al 35 %, brassé con el agua subterránea del monte Myoko y la propia levadura activa de la destilería. Su aroma ginjo floral y suntuoso es típico del daiginjo, y una larga persistencia se demora con elegancia en boca.
