Arroz Gohyakumangoku pulido al 60 % es cultivado y cosechado directamente por el toji de la destilería, luego elaborado con agua de manantial primaveral del macizo del monte Myoko. Embotellado mediante pasteurización individual con agua caliente para preservar los delicados aromas, este junmai ginjo presenta un umami de arroz limpio y puro con un final ligeramente seco.
