Ginjo elaborado en un productor de Kitakyushu fundado en 1877, utilizando moromi fermentado lentamente con agua de manantial de la montaña Fukuchi. La destilería emplea una fermentación prolongada a baja temperatura para desarrollar un aroma ginjo afrutado junto a un paladar ligero y limpio.
