Mannenyuki es la marca insignia de Moritashuzou en Kurashiki, Okayama, una destilería fundada en 1909 cuyo método de fermentación abierta sigue la técnica tradicional. La destilería se abastece de variedades de arroz como Asahi y Akebono de las zonas circundantes de Kiyone y Ashimori, junto con agua del acuífero del río Takahashi, aunque no se encontró ningún perfil de sabor específico del producto para esta expresión no clasificada.
