Kuromatsu Inaten Junmai Ginjo de la Inada Shuzo es un ginjo de arroz puro de la prefectura de Nara, elaborado sin adición de alcohol destilado y con arroz pulido al menos al 60%. El resultado es un sake que equilibra la limpieza arrocera de la producción junmai con los elegantes aromas afrutados y florales de la fermentación ginjo. El entorno cervecero tradicional de Nara aporta una leve terrosidad y profundidad umami a esta expresión bien equilibrada.
