Description
Kuromatsu Inaten Ginjo Namacho Zoshu de la Inada Shuzo es un sake namacho, lo que significa que fue pasteurizado solo una vez (tras el embotellado) en lugar de las dos veces habituales, conservando más del fresco aroma de fermentación ginjo. Elaborado en la prefectura de Nara, este ginjo se beneficia del agua subterránea suave de la región y de la herencia brassicola tradicional. El resultado es un sake con aromas florales y afrutados vibrantes, equilibrado por un paladar suave y semiseco.
