Koikawashuzo Umekawa Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo Kameno es un Junmai Daiginjo nakadori de la serie Umekawa de Koikawa Shuzo, elaborado con arroz patrimonial Kame-no-o de Yamagata. Tanto el método de prensado nakadori como la clasificación Daiginjo exigen altos porcentajes de pulido, lo que resulta en una extraordinaria elevación aromática y delicadeza estructural. El arroz Kame-no-o, otrora casi extinto, aporta una terrosidad y profundidad características que contrastan magníficamente con el refinamiento del proceso Daiginjo.
