El Monsoon insignia de Emishiki Shuzo es un kijoshu elaborado sustituyendo sake terminado por agua en la etapa final de fermentación, una técnica del periodo Heian que produce una dulzura rica, similar al vino de postre, inspirada en la profundidad concentrada de los vinos de podredumbre noble. Elaborado con arroz Yamadanishiki pulido al 50 % en Koka, Shiga, ofrece frutas tropicales, albaricoque y miel con un SMV de -20 y viva acidez natural.
