🍶
Description
Brewed in Wakayama with a blend of Gohyakumangoku rice polished to fifty percent and Ippanmai polished to sixty percent, this Junmai has a soft mouthfeel with acidity higher than most sake. There is fruit on the nose and a subtle sweetness balanced by gentle umami, finishing dry. It can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or warmed.

Heiwa Shuzo Co.,LTD.
Wakayama
