Este Daiginjo genshu se elabora con Yamada Nishiki de la prefectura de Hyogo pulido al 40%. El aroma suntuoso y los sabores ricos que se despliegan al abrir la botella son propios de un sake sin diluir. Un contenido de alcohol de 17 grados sustenta un cuerpo denso y generoso.
