Keisen Tokubetsu Junmaishu Konkon es un tokubetsu junmai de Hasamaya Sake Brewery en Kurihara, Miyagi, pulido al 55 % y disenado para maridar ampliamente con sashimi, platos de olla y carnes. El nombre Konkon hace referencia al abundante manantial de las Tierras Altas de Kurikoma que abastece la bodega, arraigada en la tradicion del sake de Miyagi. Equilibra una dulzura suave, una acidez limpia y un umami delicado proveniente del agua del manantial de montana.
