Honjozo elaborado con arroz Gohyakumangoku de Fukui (pulido al 65 %) con el suave agua del río Hino por una destilería de Sabae fundada en 1753. Fermentado siguiendo el enfoque artesanal sin aditivos del toji, es un sake diario versátil con una ligera dulzura, cuerpo limpio y un final que se presta tanto para degustar frío como suavemente calentado.
