Elaborado con Yamada Nishiki cultivado bajo contrato y pulido al 55%, fermentado con la levadura Kumamoto n.° 9, este junmai tiene una suave fragancia a manzana y un umami fluido y bien equilibrado que la destilería describe como que fluye limpio como un arroyo cristalino. Elaborado en el distrito Kama de Fukuoka con agua de la cuenca del río Kama.
