El Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40 % forma la base de este Kamomidori Daiginjo de Marumotoshuzo en Asakuchi, Okayama. Con este grado de pulido, usando el Yamada Nishiki cultivado orgánicamente por la propia destilería y el agua subterránea pura de la llanura de Kasaoka, este daiginjo presenta un aroma estable y equilibrado y un paladar sereno y suave, obra de una de las destilerías más comprometidas de Okayama con la filosofía del campo a la botella.
