Elaborado con arroz Miyama Nishiki cultivado en Akita, este junmai de la llanura de Senhoku se produce mediante una fermentación lenta a baja temperatura, desarrollando un umami de arroz generoso y suave que resiste tanto el servicio frío como el caliente. El Miyama Nishiki es apreciado en el Tohoku por producir sakes con profundidad redondeada y un final limpio.
