Junmai Ginjo Kitanoichibangura, que significa 'la cervecería número uno de Hokkaido', es un sake ginjo de arroz puro de Kitanohomare Shuzo en Hokkaido. El arroz se pule al menos al 40 por ciento de su peso original antes de la fermentación, produciendo los delicados aromas florales y afrutados característicos de la categoría ginjo. El frío clima norteño de Hokkaido permite la fermentación lenta a baja temperatura que define este estilo refinado.
