Junmai Ginjo Fukukomachi utiliza la totalidad del arroz apto para elaborar sake de la prefectura de Akita, pulido al 55 %. Se elabora cuidadosamente con la levadura de exposición 'Association 1801', produciendo un junmai ginjo refrescante con aromas magníficos. Este sake recibió el Platinum Award en el KURAMASTER 2018 y el Gold Award en la edición de 2019 celebrada en París, Francia.
