Danchigaikarakuchi es un junmai ginjo de Nakamotoshuzouten en Nara, elaborado para ofrecer un perfil marcadamente seco tal como su nombre indica. El arroz se pule al estándar ginjo del 60 % o menos, y no se añade alcohol destilado, manteniendo el sabor anclado en el carácter del arroz. El acabado seco hace de este sake una opción versátil en la mesa, viva, con aromáticos ginjo moderados.
