Description
El arroz sake de la prefectura de Shimane se pule con arroz auto-pulido. El koji se prepara con esmero, la fermentación transcurre con vitalidad y el carácter único de este arroz sake se expresa plenamente. Este sake se prensa lentamente en un tanque de madera y se embotella tal cual como muroka nama genshu sin filtrar. Al ser un sake vivo, debe conservarse en refrigeración.
