Elaborado con la levadura Akita n.° 12, aislada en el centro de investigación prefectural de Akita, este junmai ginjo de Okuda Shuzoten ofrece un aroma ginjo afrutado con notas de plátano, acidez viva y un final fresco y limpio. El sake utiliza arroz Miyamanishiki y Yamada Nishiki pulido al 50 %.
