Este sake utiliza el arroz sake Kairyomachi de la prefectura de Shimane, pulido por la propia cervecería. Realza el suave sabor característico de este arroz y se elabora como un sake para acompañar comidas con un aroma tranquilo. Se recomienda no enfriarlo demasiado para apreciar plenamente el sabor del arroz. Este sake es adecuado tanto a temperatura ambiente (hiya) como ligeramente templado.
