Este honjozo toma su nombre de la leyenda de Iwaki Yumoto Onsen, donde una grulla herida se recuperó en las aguas del manantial termal. Producido por Taiheizakura Shuzo con arroz cultivado al 100 % en Fukushima y agua de la cordillera Abukuma, elaborado con la levadura propia de la prefectura.
