Isojiman Shiboritate Junmai Ginjo Kizake Genshu es un junmai ginjo recién prensado, sin filtrar y sin diluir, embotellado a la graduación natural del tanque poco después del prensado. La denominación genshu indica que no se ha añadido agua, preservando la plena concentración de sabores y aromas desarrollados durante la fermentación en las frescas condiciones de Shizuoka. Esta expresión vibrante y cruda de Isojiman Shuzo ofrece una visión sin pulir del oficio de la cervecería antes de cualquier envejecimiento o ajuste.
