Homei Junmai Ginjo Namazumegenshu de Houmeishuzou se embotella mediante el método namazume, pasteurizado solo al embotellarlo y dejado sin diluir como genshu, conservando un carácter vivo y concentrado de la región cervecera de Tanba-Sasayama en Hyogo. La base junmai ginjo, elaborada sin alcohol añadido y molida a estándares ginjo, proporciona una base limpia y aromática que el proceso namazume enriquece con un perfil fresco y directo. A niveles naturales de alcohol, este sake sin diluir entrega la plena intensidad del arroz y la fermentación sin que la dilución suavice el final.
