Hatsuyukihai Junmaishu es un sake junmai de arroz puro de Kyowa Shuzo en Tobe-cho, prefectura de Ehime, elaborado con arroz y levadura cultivados en Ehime para expresar el sabor puro del terruño local. Los métodos de prensado tradicionales en pequeños lotes de la destilería extraen un carácter de arroz pleno y redondo, con acidez equilibrada y un final cálido y prolongado.
