Yamada Nishiki de categoría especial A superior, procedente de las mejores zonas de la prefectura de Hyogo, pulido al 40 % y elaborado con agua de alta calidad del Parque Nacional del Mar Interior de Seto, en Noriyama. El moromi se coloca en una bolsa de sake que se cuelga en la cuba fune, y las gotas de sake que caen naturalmente sin presurización se recogen para dar lugar a este Daiginjo delicado y aromático. Disponible en entrega limitada.
