El Miyama Nishiki pulido al 49% se embotella como nama-chozoshu (pasteurizado una sola vez, conservado en frío) en este ginjo de Hakubanishiki, Usui Shoten en Omachi, Nagano. El sake recibió la medalla de plata en el London Sake Challenge 2015 y presenta una elegancia transparente y ligera que evoca el deshielo alpino.
