Description

Junmai ginjo elaborado al 100 % con Yamada Nishiki de Hyogo pulido al 60 %, fermentado con agua de manantial del sistema montanoso Seppiko sin control mecanico de temperatura. El sake muestra notas frutales que recuerdan a la uva, acidez firme y un umami de arroz limpio. Gano el oro en el Concurso Nacional de Sake Caliente en 2014, 2016 y 2017.
