Description

El Yamada Nishiki cultivado en Okayama se muele al 40 % para este daiginjo, produciendo un aroma afrutado junto a un final refinado y seco con una dulzura sorprendentemente suave en el paladar. La cervecería extrae del acuífero del río Ashimori, la misma agua históricamente utilizada por las fuerzas de Toyotomi Hideyoshi, y ha obtenido cuarenta primeros premios consecutivos en el Concurso Prefectural Jizake de Okayama.
