Description
Un junmai daiginjo de Towa Shuzo, la única cervecería de sake que queda en Fukuchiyama, Kyoto, relanzada en 2011 bajo una toji femenina tras estar a punto de cerrar. La cervecería utiliza agua de pozo filtrada por granito y un edificio de madera del período Edo para fermentar con arroz local mediante una fermentación larga a baja temperatura.
