Un proyecto de sake sostenible, elaborado mediante el método de elaboración con arroz sin lavar, pensando en la salud del planeta. Este método, iniciado por Terasawa Bori, elimina el proceso de lavado del arroz, una etapa importante en la elaboración, lo que permite reducir considerablemente el consumo de agua y los vertidos, hasta una décima parte del volumen habitual. Consciente del bajo nivel de concienciación sobre el ahorro de agua en Japón, la cervecería quiso transmitir este mensaje al mundo.
