Un sake estival de Edo Kaijo, refrescante y evocador del Crémant de Bourgogne. Ideal para disfrutar a la sombra de una terraza en pleno verano. Se distingue por una acidez viva gracias a una levadura de ácido málico. Su aroma y sabor recuerdan al vino espumoso: afrutado pero no demasiado dulce, bien equilibrado. Combina excepcionalmente bien con mariscos como el carpaccio de pescado blanco, el pulpo crudo o el acqua pazza.
