Daiginjoshu Taiheijin es un sake daiginjo premium de Machidashuzouten en la prefectura de Gunma, elaborado con arroz pulido al menos al 50 % y fermentado mediante cuidadosos métodos a baja temperatura que definen la categoría daiginjo. Gunma es una prefectura interior de la región de Kanto cuyas cervecerías se nutren de las suaves aguas de deshielo de las montañas circundantes para producir un sake limpio y fragante. Esta expresión representa el nivel más alto de la marca Taiheijin de Machidashuzouten, mostrando la maestría de la cervecería en la producción de sake aromático.
