Daiginjogenshu Kaisei utiliza Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40 %, producido sin diluir como genshu por Sasanokawa Shuzo en Koriyama, Fukushima. La brasserie obtuvo cinco premios de oro simultáneos en concursos nacionales y regionales en 2006, y su daiginjo de 1987 ganó el gran premio de oro de la Monde Selection.
