Daiginjo pulido al 40 % bajo la etiqueta Hokuyu, producido en la cervecería de sake más septentrional del continente de Honshu, situada en la península de Shimokita en Aomori. Todo el sake aquí se prensa lentamente a través del fune-shibori tradicional de madera, lo que aporta cuerpo y profundidad.
