Tokubetsu junmai Kisui, pulido al 60 %, de esta cervecería en el extremo norte de Honshu, en la península de Shimokita. Elaborado con agua del monte Osore y prensado con el método tradicional fune-shibori en prensa de madera, refleja el estilo seco y con cuerpo característico de la cervecería.
