Description

El Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40 % constituye la base de este daiginjo de Senryu Shuzo en Nagasaki, una destilería fundada en 1688 en el distrito de Ejikae, en Sasebo, que emplea el agua de manantial suave de la península de Kitamatsuura. Elaborado por una de las casas de sake más antiguas de Kyushu, este daiginjo refleja una larga tradición artesanal bajo la etiqueta Honjin.
