El arroz Senbonishiki cultivado en Hiroshima, pulido al 50%, es la base de este daiginjo de Etajima Meijo en la isla de Etajima. Elaborado a mano con el tradicional método koji-buta (bandeja-tapa) con agua de manantial suave del monte Furutaka, ofrece un aroma afrutado de daiginjo y un final elegante y limpio.
