Elaborado por Tajime General Partnership (Tajimiya) en la ciudad de Asago, Hyogo, con arroz de mesa Dontokoi cultivado localmente, este junmai se crea bajo la filosofía de la destilería de que cada grano de arroz contiene un potencial infinito. El arroz Dontokoi, cruce entre Kinuhikari y Hokuriku 120, aporta al sake un umami equilibrado y una acidez que se amplía aún más cuando se calienta.
