Description

La destilería Sasaiwai Sake Brewery, fundada en 1899 en Nishikan, Niigata, a lo largo de la antigua ruta Hokkoku, distribuye el 90 % de su producción dentro de la comunidad local: una filosofía jizake que mantiene su sake honesto y sus prioridades locales. El nombre Chikurinsoufu significa 'brisa fresca a través del bosque de bambú', y el sake cumple exactamente esa promesa. Elaborado con arroz patrimonial Kamenoo y Yuki no Sei (Espíritu de la nieve), este tokubetsu honjozo es ligero y refrescante, con acidez suave, una sequedad limpia característica de Niigata y un final suave y fresco que armoniza naturalmente con los mariscos y platos locales de la región circundante.
